Colin Hogarth President
Earned BS Degree in Business from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2012. Worked part-time at K&H through high school and college. After college, I joined the team full-time and continued working my way through the shop. During my time here, I have shadowed every department with my strongest focus and passion being in the foundry. Starting with Plaster Molding and eventually working in each division of the foundry, I loved every second of it. Following my tenure in the foundry, the next logical and desired step was to move into the office. Having grown up hearing about, and visiting K&H, it became a family member to me. I am thankful for all I have learned along the way and am happy to be following in the footsteps of my father, and mentor, Steve Hogarth. I am truly grateful to be able to carry on the legacy, and future, of K&H.
Interests: Enjoying time with family – my wife, Carly, and two children Nolan and Tenley. I love the outdoors – fishing, hiking, ice hockey, snowboarding, and music.
Frank Warner Vice President
I started working at K&H in February of 2000 as an entry-level CNC machine operator. Over the years with the help of great coworkers, I learned how to program our proto traks (conversational code) and CNC machining centers using G code. I have multiple classrooms, as well as in-house training sessions for 2D and 3D machining in Mastercam. K&H has allowed me to grow internally and continue my career with a company that feels like family. With the great team and atmosphere we have here, I feel like we can accomplish anything.
At K&H Precision, I am currently sharing the responsibilities of day-to-day scheduling and operations along with quoting and customer relations.
Interests: camping, snowmobiling, ATVs, motorcycle riding, and my family and friends.
