K&H Precision works with quality Alcan Prime alloys that meet the Aluminum Association’s strict 3XX Series metalworking standards. These premium alloys are engineered using the advanced Alcan “Cristal” method which refines the tensile properties of the alloy in relation to the magnesium content as it undergoes heat treatment. The result is a range of quality alloys that offer enhanced metallurgical properties throughout the molding and casting processes.
Our efficient no-bake sand mold casting services can achieve dimensional tolerances as close as 0.020” or 0.50mm.
Our precision plaster mold-casting services are capable of achieving dimensional tolerances as close as 0.005” or 0.13mm.
